I make the web a better place by developing mobile-first, compliant and accessible websites that are intuitive to use, enjoyable to look at, and that effectively convey the intended message.

Born by the mountains of historic Charlottesville, raised next to the ocean in remote Sandbridge, educated in chilly Boston, and aged in oak barrels in Sydney, Los Angeles and Washington, I'm a creator of websites and two amazing children.

With a background in film production and a lingering passion for drool-worthy cinematography, I fell into web development by building portfolio websites for my films and production companies. I taught myself HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and Adobe Creative Suite. Over the past decade through personal and professional projects, I've fine-tuned these skills to a point of great confidence. As when I had my eye to the lens, I lay out documents, marketing pieces and websites with a concentration on aesthetic composition and usability.

I've been a front and back-end web developer at WebMechanix since August 2014. From April 2012 through July 2014, I was a graphic designer and web developer at Clark Concepts. For three years before that, I exercised my design skills, assiduous work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail as Operations Director, Web Developer and Graphic Designer for The Cinema Club and as Manager of Marketing for The Avalon Theatre.
