With over 15 years of professional experience building websites and 11 leading web development at WebMechanix and Level Agency, I operate on a simple philosophy: We are partners, not vendors.

I'm a vault-dwelling coder who's just as comfortable in a client strategy meeting as I am neck deep in code. I speak both languages—stakeholder and engineer—and that bridge is where the best work happens. I've sold hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of websites.

My drive is tempered by a strict concern for code accuracy, scale, and performance. I don't ship code I wouldn't be proud to put my name on.

Beyond the terminal, my proudest achievement is building and managing a dev team of 13 here at Level. I'm passionate about mentoring developers at every level—from junior recruits running their first deployment to senior engineers architecting complex systems. A strong team doesn't happen by accident; it takes deliberate coaching, clear communication, and a culture where everyone ships with confidence.
